2010
Establishing Stell + ERP Ltd. - after valuable work experience in the international IT hiring business with focus on SAP and ERP begins this courageous journey through world of IT in Slovakia. We recruited and successfully hired SAP male and female specialists who were later joined by SAP project managers, IT managers and IT specialists for international and local companies.
2011 – 2014
Our first big Swiss client is happy, because we helped them to put together an 18- member SAP team. We were gathering consistently new cooperations within sector of Project management, Infrastructure, Security. We received great acknowledgement from German CIO for successful project of SAP establishment for German head office in Bratislava from benchmark to team line up. At the same time we expanded the IT portfolio for Financial services, the US client encouraged us with offered belief.
2015
Active help for "You too in IT", (AjTyvIT.sk), a non-profit organization that helps girls and women to find an employment in the world of IT.
Our US client received a complete service from the benchmark to filling the first and later another 13 vacancies in the Salesforce in Prague.
2016 – 2017
More achievements have been added, this time in Big Data, Data analytics and SW development as well. The company covered another large project for a German client and 48 IT specialists found their PERFECT MATCH.
2018
Lucia Štellerová becomes an honorary member of the board "You too in IT" (AjTyvIT.sk) and starts the preparation of the first adult education program "Woman Tester Academy"
2019 – 2020
We accomplished to get more satisfied clients also from the StartUp world. The company celebrated 10 years and we set up even more efficient services for our clients.
2021
The partnership with CARLAVIA.com is officially set up. We adopted their innovative concept and became a fully digital company.
2022
So excited with amount of incoming work and our position in IT. We plan to expand our foreign market field in the near future, but keep our “human approach” in order to offer clients long-term relationships and high level service.
2023
We're on the right track so far! Booming off with establishment of SAP service center (10 people), yet another 5 happy IT managment specialists found perfect match with us.

This civic association was founded in 2012 to support and motivate young girls to study computer science and to help them find a job in this field. The main vision is to increase the number of girls studying an IT by 30% at least and goal of 40% IT positions to be covered by women.
