Current Opportunity:
Based on recent successful track record with global SAP projects, Carlavia AG is expanding its footprint by establishing SAP Competency centre in Bratislava, Slovakia in order to serve its Swiss and international clients.
Under the leadership and guidance of seasoned and internationally experienced professionals, our plan is to build world class capabilities directly in the Bratislava centre. The work will include international clients from day one, with activities ranging from operations and support to delivery of complex international projects. In addition to end-to-end solution management the assignment will include business transformation and process improvements.

Who we are looking for:
Talented and highly motivated individuals who either a) have experience in SAP implementations and support, and/or b) are experienced SAP users who want to become full-fledged SAP consultants.
We are currently seeking for both senior and junior level roles, who are interested In joining our competency centre right from the ground up.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
Under the leadership of ERP Director:
Direct interaction with global business users, managers and process owners
Fit gap analysis, solution design, and process design
Perform necessary customizing and set up of the systems
Various testing from unit, integration, performance, regression etc.
Working with data including analytics, migrations, reconciliations, reporting
Participate and support achieving ISO, CMM, SOC2 certifications

Your experience includes most of:
§ Strong financial, logistical, or manufacturing background
§ Good knowledge of SAP solution, processes and functions
§ Hands of experience with using or implementing specific SAP modules
§ Good understanding and experience in managing master data and transactions
§ SAP Customizing, build and testing
§ Data migrations, reconciliations, reporting
§ Understanding of SAP implementation methodology
§ Consulting and business transformation skills
§ Process improvement and optimization experience
