Manufacturing engineering company based in Nižná, Orava is looking for a new Site Director. Candidate must have experience withing managing production site, including supply chain, finance. Candide will be resposible for improvement of production experience, lean, as there is a target growth 20% per year. Candidate needs to have a basic knowledge of integrated knowledge of ERP, high business IQ and sense of cost calculations.
Fluent english is a must, german advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leadership of internal operations (excluding production)
• Plan and drive process optimization initiatives (e.g. streamlining of processes, further development and new introduction of digital applications, master data structures)
• Own and manage the whole order-to-cash process, from order intake to shipped goods
• Ensure capacity planning and forecasting across the site (short-, mid- and long-term)
• Ensure material demand planning, monitor and optimize inventory
• Define and implement new processes and tools
• Define and develop steering-relevant KPIs

REQUIREMENTS
• University degree in economics, business administration, engineering or related fields, alternatively merchant qualification with 5+ years of work experience in different supply chain management fields
• 5+ years of work experience in supply chain management
• In-depth knowledge and practical work experience in SAP supply chain-related modules
• Knowledge in lean initiatives is a plus (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Kanban or other)
• Hands-on attitude and strong execution skills
• Ability to structure, prioritize and organize work across functions
• Experience with operating in dynamic environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (German skills is a plus)
• High degree of cultural awareness
• Willingness to travel for business
